DESCRIPTION:Webster Recreation and Cultural Council will be hosting our 3rd annual Winter Luau.  Grab the kids and your Hawaiian shirts and come out to the Town Hall on Saturday Feb 3rd 2-5.  We will have a goofy photo booth\, kids can learn the ukulele\, then get ready to watch the hula dancers and get into the limbo contest!   There will also be snacks\, crafts and games for the kids
